Starry Skies Over Tennessee
Was held on Tuesday February 21 at Christ Lutheran Church.
40+ residents learned how we can have the light we need for safety and guidance on the ground, while still enjoying the night sky environment. Theo Wellington, a NASA/JPL Solar System Ambassador, offered an informative and thought- provoking presentation on the effects of light polution and ways it can be mitigated while providing adequate ground lighting.
